Depending on the product WOADI has a very good customer friendly return, replacement, and refund policy.
you can return the product-
A. If the product does not meet your expectation.
B. If the product found damage during the delivery
If you want to get the product return then -
A. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
B. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
C. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of WOADI packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.
You may not get the product return-
A. If the product damage due to misuse of the product
B. If the product tempered or missing serial /UPC numbers
C. If the consumable product has been consumed by any means.
D. if the product damaged by the electric short circuit.
Our replacement policy is very much customer friendly and guaranteed by the WOADI policy.
A.WOADI will replace a new product instead of a returned product If the product cover replacement policy.
3. Refund policy
If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:
